Warranty & Returns Policy

We will replace any faulty item covered under Australian consumer law.  We do not offer warranty on items damaged by misuse or incorrect treatment by user or "change of mind".  We do offer a limited warranty for three (3) months issued by The Vape Dungeon on certain items.  We do comply with current legislation in regards to abiding by and enforcing the consumer guarantee laws.  All returns will be at the cost of the buyer in regards to freight/shipping. Please ensure you keep the original packaging and receipt of purchase.


We use Fastway Australia, Startrack Express and Australia Post for shipping orders.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification will your tracking number. Although all efforts are made to dispatch your order as soon as possible, we do not accept liability for the freight companies network schedule. 

**Unfortunately we can not post any orders to residents in South Australia at this time**
